Teams are filling quickly, and each division has a limited roster size. Register early to secure a spot.

2026 Football Fees

• Returning Player Fee: $375.00 until June 1, 2026

• Early Bird Registration: $400.00 until June 1, 2026

• Standard Registration Fee: $450.00 begins June 2, 2026 until teams are full

Additional Required Fees:

• Equipment Deposit: $100 (mandatory)

• Fundraising Fee: $250 (mandatory)

Girls Flag Football:

• Registration Fee: $225

⚠️ When paying through Zelle or CashApp, please include your athlete’s name in the payment notes.

Payment Deadline

All payments must be completed by June 15th for your athlete’s name to appear on their jersey.

Registration Requirements

Fully completed forms are required at the time of registration.

Before registering, you must complete the Player Registration and Medical form.  Both are fillable PDFs.  Once completed save them on your device and then upload to the registration website with your headshot and birth certificate or passport. 

Required documents:

1. 2026 Pop Warner Player Registration / Player Contract

2. 2026 Pop Warner Medical Form

3. Culver City Cowboys Code of Conduct / Media Release

4. Headshot photograph of the player (NO hats or Glasses, must be a clear picture of the athletes face) 

5. Copy of birth certificate or passport

6. Copy of final 2026 report card

Team Placement Policy

Requests for placement based on carpooling, friends, or other preferences will not be accepted.

All participant placements and team assignments are made solely at the discretion of the Association.
